What do I have to do to get a reply from customer support?
This is ridiculous :(
They say they will give me a refund yet I've been waiting for what seems like months now.
Keep messaging and asking for clarification when I will get my money back and they will cancel my order (which they haven't yet, despite confirming with me that I wanted my order cancelled).
Was told there was some issues with PayPal like a month ago on their end - have heard nothing back, despite asking for clarification.
This is so frustrating. I just want my money back at this point.

Agreed, but looks like they cannot handle it.

I took the decision to wait patiently.
WM's bandwagon is always late, but goes real fast on the other hand. Better get the game once it is ready, than waiting for a reprint that may never come.
Worst case scenario: I lose some money that did not prevent me from living in the last years.

I literally do not know if my order is cancelled or not. When I can get my money back. I never received an email and have contact support for months now.

The team ask to contact customer support and when I do, there is no reply even now.
